Q1) If your service engineer works on my computer for many hours, will I be charged on an hourly rate?
A1) No, prices being quoted to our customers are FIXED (except for 24 hours emergency services), which means once a formal quote is given, you will NOT be charged any extra.
Q2) Are all your quotes inclusive of GST?
A2) Yes, all our quotes are inclusive of 10% GST.
Q3) If major work is required on my PC, what is the maximum number of hours that your service engineer can stay on-site?
A3) This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but normally if the PC needs to be completely rebuilded, then our service personnel will normally take the PC back into our service centre. If this happens, all deliveries between the customer and our service centre is FREE of charge.
Q4) I have many old DELL, HP, and Compaq PCs that needs to be looked at, do you service these brands?
A4) Besides Apple Computers and PCs older than 10 years, we welcome all major and generic brands.
Q5) Do you sell hardware or software?
A5) While our main focus is in servicing computers and providing a total service solution bundle, we can obtain both software and hardware individually at competitive prices.
Q6) What forms of payment do you accept?
A6) We accept CASH, Bank Cheques, Personal Cheques, Direct Credit, PayPal, VISA, Master Cards, and Bank Cards. However, all cheques must be cleared before any services can commence.
PLEASE NOTE: All Credit Card payments will also attract an additional administration fee of 5% on total charges.

A7) Our corporate telephone system is set to cater for receiving FAXES or recording voice messages. However, to minimise on any mishaps, the sender should ensure faxes are send straight away by pressing the send button as soon as the number connects.

Q9) I live in Bankstown and I just checked your Coverage Areas and discovered that I am in your Green and Orange regions, will a surcharge apply to me?
A9) If you appear more than once in our coverage regions, then rest assure you will only be charged for the cheaper coverage region. In the case of being in Bankstown, there will be NO surcharge.
