As my PC started to constantly reboot on me, I knew I needed HELP urgently. Within three hours of logging an online appointment, a service tech arrived, flushed out my computer virus and repaired my Windows XP. As a repeating customer, I just wanted to say, I am very happy with your prompt response and professionalism. I honestly don't know of any other company who can respond as fast as you do. Comments: " Not long ago, computers were over $3000, nowadays, I can find complete systems and even laptops selling for below $999. A word of warning, don't let the low prices fool you. I purchased a budget computer from Kmart recently and it struggled to keep up with my work load from day one ! This was when I engaged a mobile mechanic from Innosolve for a detail report, and it shows that the machine was badly under powered. I phoned Kmart for an upgrade but they didn't want to hear from me. As I didn't want to waste the entire computer, Innosolve kindly upgraded the memory, the hard disk and the processor for me on the spot. Now my computer absolutely FLIES !!! I will definitely be buying my next computer through your company. You guys gave me a Great Service. Thanks Innosolve !!! "

Comments: " The FACT is, nowadays, people with computers need someone to service them. I am sick of hearing computer shops telling me that upgrading and repairing OLD computers are a waste of time because NEW PCs are now very cheap. While this is true, I personally like reviving my old PC because I don't want to setup all my software again on a NEW computer. Innosolve created a tailored solution for me and built a NEW machine with a software image from my existing PC. I was so happy when I saw all my OLD software running at SUPER speed on the new box. Their FREE on-site quotation was very helpful to me because FREE and HONEST advice is very hard to come by these days. Comments: " Between 3 kids and a full circle of families and friends I have zero time to sort out my DELL PC when it crashed last Wednesday. At first I rang DELL support but I just didn't have enough time to check out the 'million and one' things that the DELL people got me to check. After 20 minutes over the phone I gave up. I decided to call Innosolve because a neighbour recommended them. Anyway, I made a booking yesterday & someone showed up today, and I didn't have to lift a finger. On top of that, I managed to get a 10% discount by paying cash and the whole thing only costed me $55, compare to what my plumber charges to just show up at my doorstep @ $90, Innosolve services are a very good value for money. I highly recommend them to anyone who has a computer headache. "

Comments: " I was in the market to spend about $2000 to buy a new PC before I made an online booking with Innosolve, and since it was for FREE, I thought I didn't have anything to lose. Their on-site service person asked me about my old PC and I said it couldn't be fixed because the local computer shop has already given up. Anyway, the service guy insisted to see my old PC, so I showed him the problem. Anyway, after he laid those 'magic hands' on my old PC, it began to boot up. I just couldn't believe it as I started to go through my precious files ( and they were all there ! ). I was so HAPPY with the service that I decided to pay for their premium GOLD Service Package. My old Pentium III PC is now running SUPER smooth and I have since used my original $2000 PC budget on an overseas holiday !!! THANK YOU so much...
