At Innosolve we have always been commited to Customer Service as our Number 1 priority.
However, to avoid any misunderstandings, please take a minute to read our company policies.

Service Warranty
Due to the dynamic nature of computer systems, Innosolve Pty Ltd cannot grant any service warranties beyond a period of 7 Days from giving out the service. It is therefore imperative for each customer to thoroughly check their computer system(s) within this time frame. Once 7 Days have lapsed, additional service call-out and coverage surcharges may apply during each subsequent return service visit.
Product Warranty (Opened or Unopened)
All hardware products carry a Return to Manufacturer Warranty of 12 months.
In additon, all hardware products ALSO carries a Replacement Warranty of one month by Innosolve Pty Ltd.
Product Exchange Policy (Unopened Only)
All unopened hardware & software products can be exchanged for other products or services with an equal or a lesser value within one month from the date of purchase date.
Payments
Any service or product purchase over $200 (inc GST) might require the customer paying a 10% deposit before any work can commence.
Under NO circumstances will Innosolve Pty Ltd accept any personal cheques.
Serving Multiple Computers under a Service Package Agreement
Our advertised Basic Service Package price is only applicable for up to 2 computers.
Each additional computer requiring Basic Service is charged at $19.95 (inc GST).
Our advertised Silver Service Package price is only applicable for up to 3 computers.
Each additional computer requiring Silver Service is charged at $49.95 (inc GST).
Our advertised Gold Service Package price is only applicable for up to 5 computers.
Each additional computer requiring Gold Service is charged at $99.95 (inc GST).
Supplied Hardware
Innosolve Pty Ltd strives to offer the highest quality hardware to our customers. We have a select list of vendors and manufacturers that we utilize as our hardware resources. Innosolve will not endorse, sell, or warranty any hardware or manufacturers that have not been thoroughly researched and tested to meet our level of quality. Support for pre-existing hardware will be performed only under the standard Innosolve Service warranty.
No hardware over $200 will be ordered or installed until a 10% deposit is taken from the customer.
Supported Software
Innosolve Service fully supports the following software:
1. Operating Systems: Microsoft® Windows® 98 SE, Microsoft® Windows® ME, Windows® 2000 Pro & Server, Windows® XP Home, Windows® XP Pro.
2. Office Suites: Microsoft Office® 2000 Standard, Small Business, Professional, and Developer. Office XP® Standard, Small Business, Professional, 2003 XP® Standard, Small Business, Professional.
3. Anti-Virus: Norton Anti-virus® (2003 and 2005 Editions).
4. Internet Firewall: Norton Internet Security® (2003 and 2005 Editions).
5. Email Management: Outlook® (2000, 2002, 2003), Outlook Express® (versions 5 & 6)
6. Remote Access or VPN: Symantec PC Anywhere®
7. Backup: Windows provided (2000 and XP Pro) backup utility, and Genie Backup Manager Pro® (versions 4 & above) (Current Version Only)
8. CD-Burning: Roxio Easy CD Creator®, Ahead Nero (versions 5 & above), MyDVD Studio Deluxe (version 5 & above)
9. Web Browsers: Internet Explorer (current version only)
10. Adobe Acrobat (versions 5 & above)
11. Winzip (versions 8 & above)
12. Ulead Video Studio (versions 6 & above)
13. Cyberlink Power DVD (versions 4 & above)
All other software is considered non-standard by Innosolve Pty Ltd, and is not supported under our Service Warranties. Furthermore, all software that is provided to Innosolve Pty Ltd is subject to inspection and research to determine reliability.
Software Licensing
Copyright (©) law applies to all Software that is provided by Innosolve Pty Ltd to our customers. Innosolve Pty Ltd fully supports and adheres to the best of our ability to those laws. All software provided by Innosolve Pty Ltd is registered to that Customer, and it is workstation, PC, or server specific. This means that software should not be shared from device to device without formal manufacturer approval in writing (in the form of corporate licensing). Innosolve Pty Ltd will not knowingly install software, or perform services on systems that have illegally shared copyrighted software. Furthermore, all software should be maintained on-site in a central location with access limited to the sole computer owner(s) or system administrator(s) only. Software that is intended for business should not be taken to homes for private use.
Innosolve Pty Ltd is not responsible and will not be held accountable for software that is not protected in the preceding methods.
